FCT – Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia, I.P., through its FCCN Unit, hereinafter referred to as “FCT”, is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data.
The personal data, namely name and email address, shall be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters and other communications relating to Arquivo.pt, including information on initiatives, projects, events, services and related content. The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the data subject.
The data shall be retained for a period of three years or until consent is withdrawn.
The data subject may withdraw their consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
